Please review the following policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when buying from Socratu.
Returns and Refunds
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return and refund under these circumstances:
Faulty Items:
If your order arrives with:
- Printing defects (blurred text, missing pages, etc.)
- Any issue that makes the material unusable
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. Once confirmed, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. You will not be required to return the faulty item.
Change of Mind or Unwanted Purchases:
If you change your mind or the item is not what you expected:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.
- Returned items must be in their original conditions and packaging.
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. There are no costs for return shipping and no restocking fees.
Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Sale Items:
You have the same refund rights for sale items as you do for full-priced items.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please request a return first. Once your return is verified and processed, you can place a new order for the preferred item.
